How do I check the status of my order?
When you order through Virtual Office, your order is passed to the service provider. Most service providers will get in touch with you directly to verify your order or to update you on your order status within just a few business days. However, if you believe your order has been unnecessarily delayed, or if you simply would like to check on your order, you can check your order status online. To access your order information, you will need your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and the email address you used when you placed your order. If you have any additional questions about your order status, please email our customer care department at customercare@virtualoffice.com.

Who should I contact to cancel service?
If you need to cancel a recently placed order for service, contact us as soon as possible at 858-874-8707. We'll assist you to determine what you need to do. You will also need to contact the relevant service provider directly to cancel your service order. Please note that service cancellation fees may apply, as set forth below.

Who should I contact to return a product (phone, wireless accessory, satellite dish, etc.)?
If you are returning an ALLTEL, AT&T Wireless, Cingular Wireless or Verizon Wireless wireless phone or related accessory please refer to the return policy included in your shipment or contact our returns department at returns@virtualoffice.com or 858-874-8707. These products should be returned to Virtual Office. Please note that all products must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please Note: Items that are returned more than 14 days after receipt or that are ineligible for return, as described above or in the return policy included in your shipment, are not eligible for refund under any circumstance and will result in additional charges if returned to Virtual Office.
 
If you are returning a product of any other service provider, please contact the service provider directly to return your product. For T-Mobile phone returns, please contact our partner, FON Central at 800-890-8554. FON Central return policy for T-Mobile phones: 14 day return, 30 day exchange. Service Cancellation fees in addition to any T-Mobile cancellation fees: early termination fee $200.00. Returns are subject to a restocking fees of $25 for non "no service" returns.
 
Please note that time limitations and product quality restrictions on returns and restocking and other fees may vary by carrier and agent and are specified in the carrier’s Terms and Conditions.

Are there any fees to cancel my service?
Individual service providers may charge a service cancellation fee in accordance with their Terms and Conditions and in addition to any Virtual Office charges.
 
Virtual Office will not charge a cancellation fee if you cancel your service plan within 14 days of receipt of your phone. Virtual Office will charge a cancellation fee of $75 for all wireless service plans cancelled more than 14 days after you receive your phone, regardless of the cause for cancellation. Virtual Office will not charge a cancellation fee for cancellation of any connectivity service other than wireless service.

Are there any fees to return my phone?
ALLTEL, AT&T Wireless, Cingular Wireless or Verizon Wireless phones sent back to our Returns Department in their original condition within 14 days of receipt will result in a refund to the credit card used to purchase the product in an amount equal to the purchase price less a maximum $25 Restocking Fee. Please Note: Virtual Office will not accept returns of any products: (i) in damaged or mutilated boxes (including boxes from which the UPC code has been removed), (ii) missing collateral, or (iii) missing parts or pieces. Additional restrictions may apply and are specified in the return policy included in your shipment.
 
Please Note: ALLTEL, AT&T Wireless, Cingular Wireless or Verizon Wireless phones that are returned more than 14 days after receipt or that are ineligible for return, as described above, are not eligible for refund under any circumstance and will result in additional charges if returned to Virtual Office*. These additional charges may include a Service Cancellation Fee and/or a Phone Cost Recovery Fee (PCRF). Service Cancellation Fee: Virtual Office will charge a Service Cancellation Fee of $75 for all wireless service plan orders cancelled more than 14 days after receiving your new wireless phone, regardless of the cause. PCRF: Virtual Office will charge a PCRF if the phone is not returned within 14 days or is not returned in original condition. The amount of the PCRF is the unsubsidized price of the phone minus the subsidized price already paid by the consumer. You agree that Virtual Office may charge the credit card used to purchase the phone through this website in the amount of any Service Cancellation Fee and PCRF resulting from your return of a phone more than 14 days after receipt or that is otherwise ineligible for return.
 
FON Central return policy for T-Mobile phones: 14 day return, 30 day exchange. Service Cancellation fees in addition to any T-Mobile cancellation fees: early termination fee $200.00. Returns are subject to a restocking fees of $25 for non ‘no service’ returns.

Are there any fees to return my accessory?
Items returned in their original condition within 14 days of your receipt of the item will result in a refund to the credit card used to purchase the accessory in an amount equal to the purchase price for the accessory less a Restocking Fee (up to and no more than $25) and are not subject to any additional charges by Virtual Office. Please Note: Virtual Office will not accept returns of any products: (i) in damaged or mutilated boxes (including boxes from which the UPC code has been removed), (ii) missing collateral, or (iii) missing parts or pieces.

What is a Restocking Fee?
The Restocking Fee covers Virtual Office’s cost of handling the item to test it and put it back into our inventory. You agree that Virtual Office may charge the credit card used to purchase the phone through this website in the amount of the Restocking Fee resulting from your return of an item to Virtual Office.

What is a Phone Cost Recovery Fee (PCRF)?
Virtual Office makes phones available to consumers at special prices through this website conditioned on the consumer activating, maintaining and paying for service with the applicable wireless service provider for a minimum service period. If a consumer purchases a phone through the website at this subsidized price and does not activate, maintain or pay for service with the applicable wireless service provider for the minimum service period, Virtual Office will not receive a commission from the applicable service provider, which commission allows Virtual Office to make the phone available at the subsidized price. Accordingly, Virtual Office will charge a PCRF if a phone is returned after more than 14 days or is returned other than in original condition or if the service with which the phone was ordered is not activated, maintained and paid for during the minimum service period.
 
For example, if a phone costs $150 (unsubsidized) it may be sold for $100 (subsidized) when you sign up for a new service plan. When you cancel your service you may be charged the $50 to make up the difference.

What is Original Condition?
Original Condition means that the product is not returned (i) in damaged or mutilated boxes (including boxes from which the UPC code has been removed), (ii) missing collateral, or (iii) missing parts or pieces. Additional restrictions may apply and are specified in the return policy included in your shipment.. Verizon Wireless phones are additionally subject to the Verizon Wireless Break the Seal terms and conditions, which is detailed in the Terms and Conditions. No refunds will be considered for items that are not returned within 14 days after receipt and in original condition.

Can I cancel an order that I just placed?
If you wish to cancel a recently placed order, contact us as soon as possible at 858-874-8707. Have your order number handy when calling. We'll notify the service provider on your behalf, but you may be required to contact the service provider directly to cancel your order; if that's the case, we'll let you know. For some services, providers may require a cancellation fee.

How do I update the personal information in my account?
Visit the My Account section of Virtual Office (a link to which is visible at the top of this page), login using your password, and then make any necessary changes. Information in My Account includes your billing and shipping address, your email address, and your Virtual Office account password.

How long does it take to receive my Rebate?
Virtual Office-exclusive Rebates are received in our promotions department and processed through our finance department. The entire process does take between eight and up to ten weeks, so please make a note of the date when you send in your Rebate request. Service Provider Rebates are processed by the individual service provider, so please contact the service provider for details. FON Central-exclusive Rebates for T-Mobile phones are processed by Fon Central. Please contact Fon Central for details at 800-890-8554.
